Alpana Bhandari
Alpana is a founding partner and CEO of Prime Legal Consultants and Research Center Pvt. Ltd., and she specializes in all aspects of family law, including divorce, custody, and property division. She advises international clients on FDI, projected investments, joint ventures, corporate and individual legal counsel on business formation, business purchase, sales, contract review, share transfer, contract drafting, and company agreements, among other things. She also assists clients in registering their copyright and trademarks. Alpana is dedicated to resolving issues in a way that best meets the needs of its clients and is result-oriented. Alpana has developed a strong and unique problem solver for long-term resolution over the course of 12+ years of practice. Alpana previously worked for Human Rights Watch in New York City. She was a fellow at the Open Society Foundations (OSF) in New York City and served in numerous capacities at the Abo Akademi University Center for Human Rights in Turku, Finland. Amrit Sharma
Amrit Sharma is the Prime Legal Nepal's founding partner and Director. Mr. Sharma is a full-service civil lawyer who specializes in family, criminal, and corporate law. Mr. Sharma takes a hands-on, team-oriented approach to helping his clients achieve their goals in connection with complex corporate and financial transactions, as well as day-to-day contract, reporting, and compliance requirements. He specializes in family law, mediating disputes involving court marriage, divorce, custody rights, and partition. Mr. Sharma has been a successful lawyer for the past 12 years. He excels at pleading cases, writing them, and counseling clients. He has represented clients in District Court, High Court, and the Supreme Court of Nepal.
Adalberto Mendez Lopez
Adalberto has a Bachelor Degree in Law from the Universidad La Salle, in Mexico City, and a Pre-Master Degree at the Istanbul Bilgi Universitesi, in Istanbul, Turkey. He has a specialization certificate on International Human Rights Law and he is a Legum Magister in International Legal Studies by the American University Washington College of Law, in Washington, D.C. He currently study his SJD degree at the Escuela Libre de Derecho in México City. He is a Business and Human Rights Attorney, and he currently serves as Global Partner leading the Business, Human Rights & ESG Consulting practice at the European law firm ECIJA, in Mexico. He has provided advisory counsel in and around 17 countries, for international organizativos and public offices like the UN Development Program, the Inter American Institute of Human Rights, Chemonics International, USAID and the UK’s Foreign & Commonwealth Office. Adalberto has ten years of experience on corporate law and domestic and international strategic litigation on human rights, before the Universal, Inter American and African Human Rights protection systems, and as public servant in México. In December 2021, the Mexican Senate appointed him as Council Member of the Mexico’s National Human Rights Commission.
