We have posted positions for recent LL.B and LL.M graduates from various law schools.
Position: Junior legal Researcher
Location: Annamnagar , Kathmandu
Description: Our law firm is looking for a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Junior Legal Researcher. Junior Legal Researcher will conduct legal research on topics such as corporate, civil, and criminal law.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
- Draft memos, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Attend client meetings and assist with case management
- Assist with document management and e-discovery
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in this job are a recent law school graduate
Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and legal research databases
Salary : Nepali Rupee twenty Thousand (20,000 Nepali Rupee ) per month

2. Position: Senior Legal Researcher
Annamnagar, Kathmandu
Our organization is looking for a highly skilled and motivated senior legal researcher to join our legal team. Senior Legal Researchers will conduct research on topics such as corporate law, civil law, and criminal law.
Responsibilities:
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Provide legal advice and guidance to the organization on a variety of matters
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Participate in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures
- Work with outside counsel as needed
- Assist with dispute resolution and litigation as needed
Requirements:
- Law degree from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal role

3. Position: Lawyer
The individual that is offered the post will have to manage litigation cases, draft applications, and resolve legal disputes on clients’ behalf by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, settling claims, and advocating for clients in court. Legal Associates typically work under the supervision of more senior colleagues, often providing support and assistance, such as conducting legal research for a specific case.
Duties and Responsibilities of a Lawyer

Provide Legal Assistance. - Legal Associates must conduct extensive case-related research into relevant laws and regulations, negotiate on behalf of clients, draft and interpret contracts and legal documents, and oversee compliance with these documents.
Maintain Client Relationships
The appointed Lawyer is responsible to creating and maintaining a good rapport with a firm’s clients is a key task for a Legal Associate throughout any legal process. This includes communicating frequently and explaining complex legal proceedings and concepts.
Report to the Executive Director
The appointed lawyer is frequently responsible for keeping all stakeholders – from senior colleagues to clients – up to date on the status of a case by creating reports and communicating verbally.
Lawyer post requirements:
- Legal Associates who are successful are excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills. They have excellent analytical skills as well as in-depth knowledge of their field. They are committed, truthful, and trustworthy. Capable of working both in groups and on their own.
